Poly Crystalline Diamond Saw Blades
PCD diamond blades feature polycrystalline diamonds, the hardest synthetic material and are resistant to abrasion.
They provide a long lifespan thanks to the blades' diamond tips, making them ideal for specialist applications. Designed for fast and accurate cutting, the coating on the blade allows them to cut through fibre cement boards and other tough materials easily.
Extra large gullet design minimises dust and improves the removal of material.
The range includes PCD blades from 160mm to 300mm in diameter with 4 teeth to 8 teeth.
- A PCD saw blade is suitable for cutting fibre cement boards and ultra-hard materials such as HardiePlank, Minerit, Eternit, MDF and Corian.
