DART Tool Group has recently started a new monthly Employee Recognition Award for the external sales team. Being a Sales Rep is a rewarding role in any company but often the recognition of individual achievements can go missed with the ‘remote working’ nature of the role.

So – this month, DART’s Sales Manager awarded one of his team with the accolade of ‘Sales Manager of the Month’ and Clem Fulcher, who looks after the north of England, was the star.According to Keith Johnston, DART Sales Manager ‘I looked at four areas to see how the Sales Manager was performing in each – these were Accountability, Results, Dedication and Acceptance of the overall vision; and Clem was excelling on all accounts.’

‘In terms of accountability, Clem always has his monthly call plan completed, he knows where he is and what he’s doing and takes his target seriously. His results speak for themselves – he hit his turnover and profit targets for the month and his dedication is second to none – he always goes the extra mile. Lastly, he adapts unquestioningly to change of plans and overall strategy.’
