DART’s Employee of the Month for June was announced this week as Matthew Wilkin - IT Manager. Matthew has been with DART Tool Group since November 2008 and over the years has worked in various roles, such as customer service and purchasing, but IT has developed to be his core interest and skill – and we all agree at DART that he is very good at it!

Feedback from the voting process concluded that Matthew is a vital piece in the DART jigsaw. The IT function in any modern business is becoming more and more important, as processes are increasingly automated via technology, reporting via systems provides critical business intelligence, and the cyber-attack threat is a growing concern.

Overall, views from the team were that Matthew is a speedy problem solver, creates added value by creating essential reporting mechanisms and guess what…he’s a nice guy!
