If there is a fault with your machine, in the first instance, please contact the retailer who supplied the product to you.  Many initial problems with machines originally thought to be due to faulty parts are solved by correct setting up or adjustment of the machine.  Your dealer should be able to resolve the majority of these issues much more quickly than processing a claim under the guarantee.

DART Tool Group guarantees that for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, the components of this product will be free from defects caused by faulty construction or manufacture.
  • 1st year – Parts & Labour
  • 2nd & 3rd years – Parts only.

Some machines are only guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.



If the dealer who supplied the product to you has been unable to satisfy your query, please complete, sign and return the FOX Machine Repair Form along with proof of purchase to sales@darttoolgroup.com

Upon recipt of your completed form, DART Tool Group will contact you to organise the uplift and repair of the machine.

Please note: We do not authorise credits or replacements for any machines until we have received them and assessed as to whether they can be repaired or not.   If they can be repaired no credit or replacement will be issued.  No repairs will be authorised until a signed copy of the repair form is returned.

Please ensure that the machine is well packaged as we do not cover for any damage in transit.   Any parts that are broken in transit will be chargeable.

Please also ensure that the carton is marked clearly with the FOX repair number which starts with "FR". This repair number will be sent to you once we have received your completed form.
